Return & Exchange Policy

At Stech CreatingStyle, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 15-day return and exchange period subject to the conditions below.

1. Return Period

You may request a return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your order.

After 15 days, we generally cannot accept return or exchange requests unless otherwise required by applicable law.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• The product must be unused or in its original condition where applicable.
• The product should be returned with its original packaging.
• All original accessories, manuals, cables, tags, and included items should be included.
• The product must not have been intentionally damaged or physically altered.
• Proof of purchase or order information may be required.

For electronic products, we may inspect the item before approving a return or exchange.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

• A damaged product
• A defective product
• The wrong product
• A missing item or accessory

please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

We may request photographs, videos, packaging details, or other information to assess the issue.

If the issue is confirmed to be our responsibility, we may provide an appropriate solution, which can include replacement, exchange, repair, or refund, depending on the circumstances and product availability.

4. Change of Mind

Returns due solely to a change of mind may be subject to product condition requirements and applicable return shipping costs.

Certain products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns where their condition, packaging, activation, hygiene, or nature makes them unsuitable for resale.

5. Electronics and Accessories

For products such as smartwatches, headphones, handsfree devices, power banks, chargers, and other electronic accessories, customers should carefully inspect the product upon delivery.

Products showing signs of physical damage, misuse, water damage, unauthorized repair, modification, or accidental damage may not qualify for a return or exchange.

6. Warranty

If a product is sold with a manufacturer's or seller's warranty, warranty claims will be handled according to the applicable warranty terms.

Warranty coverage does not normally include damage caused by:

• Accidents
• Misuse
• Physical damage
• Water or liquid damage unless specifically covered
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications
• Improper charging or use
• Normal wear and tear

Where a product is specifically advertised as having a manufacturer's warranty, the applicable warranty terms will take priority.

7. Return Shipping

If the return is due to receiving a wrong, damaged, or defective product confirmed to be our responsibility, Stech CreatingStyle may cover the applicable return shipping cost.

For other approved returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.

8. Refunds

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed using the applicable payment method or another mutually agreed method where necessary.

Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

9. Exchanges

If an exchange is approved, the replacement product will be shipped subject to availability.

If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may offer an alternative product, store credit, or refund where appropriate.
